Life & Times of the Apostle Paul
Length: 6 hours (tailorable)
The apostle Paul was unquestionably the most influential person in Christianity following the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ, writing 13 of the 27 books in the New Testament. This course expounds upon the life of this humble believer who, after seeing God on the road to Damascus, dedicated his life to the promotion and preservation of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Students of this course will learn of the culture Paul grew up in, the various people he impacted and the deep, yet simple, theology he endorsed. They will learn about the 13 books he wrote that became the backbone of New Testament theology and come away with a deeper understanding of the call of Christ. This course is highly recommended for the serious believer that desires a stronger relationship with Christ.

Early Church History
Length: 6 hours (tailorable)
In this short-term discipleship class, we will compare and contrast three symbiotic cultures that co-existed before, during and after the birth of Christ. You will learn the history of the Jewish state and the role it played in setting the stage for the coming Messiah. You will see how Christianity was birthed and the miraculous events leading to its expansion and preservation. You will discover how the Roman Empire and its culture enhanced the spread of Christianity throughout the Mediterranean. Finally, you will explore the writings of various early church fathers and their roles in protecting and preserving the Bible and Christianity.
The material format for this seminar compares all three cultures simultaneously so the student can get a better feel for the life and events during the early church’s struggles. Students of this seminar will strengthen their walk with God by gaining a deeper understanding and appreciation for the early church fathers and the Christian theology they preserved in their writings.
